It is a scam , I paid 52€ month ago never received anything and no communication with the shop whatsoever!! DO NOT BUY

The customer service is extremely unreliable.I have been trying to contact them to change something with my order,however they never respond.I have decided to wait till I receive the order and then return it ,which will cost my money .

1) Bag I received was not the item from their Shop photo !!!!!!!!! a cheap look a like version received.
Also the handle and shoulder strap was different Material instead of the photo of that onlineshop
2) nobody answers of my refund email under
the shop mentioned eMail Adress > sales@
3) return policey maybe only meant to create the illusion of a reputable shop

Poor quality , plastic bags. No customer service. Tried to communicate with them through any possible way mentioned in their site but got no response as to how i can return my purchase.

Trying to sort this out legally, thankfully i have friend who is a lawyer so won't have to spend a fortune just to get 56 pounds back

Scam, I ordered a bag on May 12, 4 months later it has not arrived. I sent 5 emails and called 20 times but no one answered me and no refund.

Lovely bag! Used it for six months and it still holds up great. Everyone asks where I got it!

Amazing bag! Shipping took more than a week but it was worth it. Customer service helped me quickly after I gave the wrong address when I ordered.

The bags look nice on a website, the promise of a veggie leather sounds good too, but this is about all you will get for your money from them, so beware. No amount emails will get you any updates on your order nor actual bag delivered.

I had to dispute with my credit card provider, in order to get money back.

Costumer service does not answer (the tracking code I received didnt work), but I received my back in the promised period of 4 weeks and am happy with it!

Worst experience ever, it's a scam! my bag is not made of vegan leather but pure plastic, it does not come from Sweden but from China in an Ali express packaging. I tried to get in contact with the customer service but no one replies to my emails. After sending many emails I got a refund.

Ordered the bag on the 20th of December and received it on the 27 of December. Which considering it came from china I thought that was decent. They also sent me a tracking number so I could track my bag which I sort of enjoyed checking up as it made its way over to me. Apart from the poor communication and not knowing befor ordering when I would receive the bag I was very happy with the product. The bag looks great and is decent quality.

Unfortunately I didn't read any of these reviews before ordering my bag - but I've had a similar experience. Firstly it took weeks for them to actually ship the bag and I had to chase them for this to happen. I finally received it and whilst it is a nice bag, it's not big enough for what I need it for, and therefore I contacted them to return it. They have ignored every attempt to contact them. Degusting behavior from an organization that claims good ethical practices.

Hi everyone. Unfortunately, I read the reviews here after I made a mistake and ordered a backpack from these scammers. I wrote to them by email every day but never received an answer or my backpack.

The company is not responding to my return requests so that's 125 euros of goods I want to return and I'm unable to get my money back for... I will keep chasing until I get a response.

Editing with updates: I kept emailing and sent Vegia Bags a final return request with a warning before legal action, and I received a refund from Vegia Bags a few days later. Note that Vegia Bags sent a refund and not a return label, which makes me think they either don't have a proper return system in place, or the cost of production for these bags (sold at 60+ euros per item, but clearly made in China) is inferior to the cost of postage. Shocking.

In case this helps anyone in the future, the EU Consumer Directive allows consumers a right of withdrawal from their purchase within 14 days of the purchase so you can take legal action if the retailer is not responding to such requests.

Placed my order 7 weeks ago. No update, no response via phone or email. Nothing. Just missing 105€ Website says 1-4 weeks delivery.

The bag I received was poor quality and I’ve emailed the company twice to try and arrange a return, but they’ve not responded. It’s been three weeks, so I’m concerned I won’t be able to return the item.

It‘s a scam. I never received the bag. The customer service is non existent! I tried to reach them but never got an answer. I‘m now trying to get my money back.
