Vegastars Promised Action Publicly – Still No Meaningful Response

This is now a follow-up to my original review.

Nearly two months after my formal complaint was first raised, I am still waiting for a substantive response from Vegastars.

During this period, Vegastars publicly stated that my complaint was receiving their “highest priority” and that their VIP management team was handling the matter directly. Despite these assurances, there has been no meaningful resolution and key questions remain unanswered.

My complaint involves repeated responsible gambling concerns that were raised directly with the platform, including requests for assistance, withdrawal cancellation concerns, escalating losses, loss-chasing behaviour and ongoing VIP engagement while those concerns were being discussed.

I also raised concerns regarding gameplay irregularities and specific incidents that were reported at the time. After significant delays, I was later advised that certain records were no longer available for review.

Since lodging my complaint, I have provided evidence, submitted formal requests for records, followed up repeatedly and attempted to engage constructively with the operator.

What concerns me most is not only the original conduct, but the continued lack of accountability. Public statements that a complaint is being prioritised carry little weight when weeks pass without meaningful answers.

I remain willing to review any evidence or response provided by Vegastars. However, after almost two months, I believe other players should be aware of both the issues raised and the difficulty I have experienced obtaining clear answers.

Australian players, particularly VIP customers, should proceed with caution.

Vegastars Staff

One thing about Vegastars is there staff is on a different level than the other sites I use there always helpful, they reply with in minutes and actually help get things sorted out. I gamble on multiple gaming sites so I have some insight of how things function but hands down Vegastars staff are the best.

Iffy kyc

I’ve had nothing wrong so far and since casing down I’m thinking to move to here anyway. But one thing I have noticed is they don’t like you doing kyc before you start pumping money in. I’m trying to get mine done before I play too hard to avoid what the other Reviews are saying is a hassle to get their money out. But the staff don’t really care about my documents and one even said “KYC or document verification for proof of paymnet is not required on your account at this time. Once verification becomes necessary, our team will contact you via email with the specific documents you need to provide. For now, there’s no action needed from your side regarding KYC.” Makes me worried when I win big I have to sort it out then and then they drag it out to try to get you to spend your winnings. But everything else seems to be good so far. Review Definelty can change better or worse so we will see how we go

Overall experience and withdrawal

Game play was fine and okay. Was okay with smaller withdrawals however, when I tried to withdraw up to $4000 it needed verification, and although I have verified, my withdrawal has not been processed. They make withdrawal so difficult. Can anyone help with withdrawal and speeding the process up as of right now I highly do not recommend this website

very good and quick

The customer service is awesome — always super helpful and the wait times are usually really quick. The only downside is the game can get pretty laggy at times, which feels frustrating because it can affect potential winnings. Overall though, it’s a great experience. Be very careful with this website

Be very careful with this website. They will happily take your deposits and process them quickly. As soon as you want to withdraw money they will stall, block and delay under the guise of needing verification documents. Even if you submit the documents exactly as they request they will still stall and block your withdrawal.

Had multiple issues with withdrawing money and verification issues, customer service try’s to help but feels like they’re just messing you around so you can’t get your withdrawal out
Been over a week now trying to verify my address and payment, an in date bank statement was given and for payment verification my card photo was sent in. Gets accepted one day here’s me thinking it’s almost done… next day it’s asking me to upload it again, must have done this about 3-4 times and refuse to do it again. Withdrawal issues

After reading the reviews on Vegas stars it looks like I’m not the only only one with issues withdrawing my winnings.
I verified my account and they keep opening up new verification boxes where I need to upload deposit details (card verification) even though I’ve done this. Feels like they are stalling the withdrawal and keep playing games even after I’ve given them all the right documents etc.
More cons than pros with Vegas stars.
Would recommend to stay away from this online casino.

Verification is continuously delayed to stall withdrawal

Verification is continuously delayed. My ID which had already been verified and approved has now come back saying it wasn't accepted. I am waiting on a substantial withdrawal so these are just stalling tactics. Don't use this site they will give you the run around. Live support are absolutely useless.

I won 300 about 3 times and withdrawn no sweat but when I try to withdraw larger amounts I have to verify my account again , I already sent my proof of bank , proof of address , proof or card payment and told them about the bank statement situation and they keep saying the same thing , and I have been waiting 3 days just to verify and withdraw but it’s wrong because I was able to withdraw before without the verification because it said it had already been verified what’s going on
