Got payout

The verification process was a bit of a mess around but after all that was sorted I reived my withdrawal within a few days and after a few customer service people ended the chats on me in the middle of conversation I finally got onto a good one that helped me and was phenomenal

I would not recommend VegasNow

I would not recommend VegasNow.
I’ve had a horrible experience with them. After losing over and over, I had requested a self-exclusion as I was no longer interested in gambling and I was ignored and offered promotions and free play, which of course when it’s becoming an issue I said yes too.
4 days later I find myself depositing far too much money which could have been avoided if they followed my request which I clearly requested a self-exclusion twice in the same conversation, I proceed to request a review and reimbursement following the failure to follow my request my self-exclusion which was ignored. Finally after a heated exchange of words and basically told too bad for you, it’s my fault, not their fault etc etc.. they asked how long i told them forever and instead I was AGAIN OFFERED PROMOTIONS instead of simply following my request for permanent self exclusion. Absolutely horrible, they don’t care, they won’t follow responsible gambling requests. I will be filing complaints with interact services as well as my bank

Never win. Hardly get free spins. Given it many chances but it just took my money. Must've paid for the 5 star reviews. Absolute scam.

Vegas now is a scam fraudulent casino

Vegas now is a scam fraudulent casino. They will harden our withdrawal.
I had verified my account and already withdraw from previous but , I was shocked that they need to verify my account again inorder for me to withdraw on my latest winning.
Trust me ! Don't spend your money on them 💯 % fraud and scam .
I would recommend club house casino they are legit .
