Downside of living in the Appalachian sticks is lack of cool produce ...hello internet and Vega Produce!!! The internet before I found Vega Produce offered breadfruit flour, dehydrated breadfruit, jarred and frozen ...yearned to have fresh!! ...wanted to experience the over ripe sweet custard breadfruit and have experienced that fire roasted brings out an amazing texture and flavor that can only be achieved in this manner of cooking! Happy to have found Vega Produce!!!!

Very friendly people and the products are fresh and very good. I have ordered breadfruits, avocados, sugarcane, recao, and rambutan so far and was very satisfied with my order. I recommend this company. I will be ordering again from them.

The communication was excellent and the shipping was faster than I expected it to be. I can also tell there is a lot of effort put into the packaging. The only issue is that the ice pack that was used did not stand up to the heat. That being said by the time I received my Culantro it was already wilting. Maybe it should be dry ice instead.

The packaging was bad. Smaller items got crushed and nothing was cold.

It took a little longer than expected to arrive.

Vegetables were spread and bouncing all over inside the cardboard box. Golden berries were out of the little plastic container, were crushed and did wet everything inside. Thank you

One of my items was missing completely. The chives were loose and limp and scattered in the box. The bitter melons had burst open and the seeds were all in the box. The beans had more brown unusable ones than green ones. The habanero peppers had black spots on a few and were slimy. I paid 75 for two bags of eggplant and a few melons as nothing else is usable and I’ve not cut into the melons yet so I’m Leary of them after seeing the condition of the rest of my order. Beyond disappointed. Would never order from here again and definitely would not recommend to friends/family.
