Parcel very much delayed.
We are very unhappy with the company. We ordered Halloween costumes on 03/07/2024, with an estimated delivery date of 03/14. It goes without saying that nothing arrived on the 14th. On 15/03 in the morning I contacted the company via email to customer service, where I mentioned to them that if they do not respect their obligation to deliver the parcel on time (he should have noted that due to the date delivery that we ordered from this company), and since Halloween is over, we obviously won't need the Halloween costumes anymore, so I won't accept them and hope to get a refund right away. The day I sent the email was a normal business day, but I guess no one would be working there because they wanted to respond. Additionally, no one has a way to contact the courier company they work with (Chronopost). Only if you know French can you search for your package or file a complaint, but that too remains unanswered. They can only thank me for my patience! Today, 3/16, all hope is lost to receive our costumes in time and celebrate the newborn's first Halloween as a family! I have no words to thank you for your professionalism... If I could give 0 stars I would! I hope they at least admit responsibility and refund our money!
Update: The package was never received and our holiday was ruined. However, the company refunded us the amount of the charge, to their credit, but not the postal fees, even though the delay of the postal company Chronopost (which until today has not responded to any mail) is responsible for all this inconvenience. Therefore, I changed my rating from 0 stars to 3.
