DO NOT ORDER!!!!

They said if you order the same day until noon, you will receive your parcel the next day. THAT IS A LIE!!! They took our money and DID NOT DELIVER!!! I contacted shipping company multiple times and still did not receive my parcel three days later. Scammers!! Do not order with them!!!! DEŽGRACIJA

SCAM! DON'T ORDER HERE!!!

SCAM!! Very bad company. I don't know why they still exist!!!
Don't buy your items here. The delivery was soooo late (not like what they said on the website), plus my orders weren't complete and i can't return any items, no response (since October 15th). Not by email, or phone call. So can't get my money back!!
Bad customer service. Everything is bad!!

Doesn't deliver on time

I ordered costumes for Halloween and paid extra to be delivered early. Apparently, they just take your money and don't deliver on time. Customer service on the phone blamed me and said "you needed to choose DHL express instead of Post NL" which doesn't even make sense because the only option was GLS on the website.

Express order

I ordered a costume on the 27.2. at 14.00 o’clock with express delivery and it arrived the next day👌👌👌 My child was very happy (and the mother won’t forget to order on time next year).
With the sizes you have to pay attention, but everything is as described: thats why I ordered two costumes, now I will return one.

Very bad service, complaint Regarding Product Return and Refund. Vegaoo doesn't want to return my money back

My last letter today 25 of November incl. all documents and information.
They block my account and they ask me to return clothes I've bought on-line.

Dear Sir/Madam,

On October 28, I received my order. Unfortunately, the dress was too short. I immediately called your company to inquire about how to return the item, as I could not find the necessary information online on your website. Your employee informed me that I simply needed to send the item to the address in Zwolle provided on the package.

I sent the package back and included a letter listing the items I returned. According to the tracking information, the package was delivered to Zwolle on November 5. Since then, I have called your company five times, but each time I was told to “wait.”

Today, I called again to ask about the status of my refund. However, your employee informed me that I need to send the list of returned items again, despite the fact that I already provided this information along with a screenshot. Moreover, my account was deleted, and I still have not received my money. During the call, your employee abruptly ended the conversation and did not call me back.

I find this kind of customer service unacceptable. If I do not receive my refund within three days, I will have no choice but to escalate this issue to the relevant authorities.

I returned 2 items it’s been 3 weeks now to get my money back custom service is not helping me what so ever they say their gonna check everything for me and they will let me know than end the call and proceeds to not contact me any further about the situation I’ve been calling and sending mails do not order from that website!

Parcel very much delayed.

We are very unhappy with the company. We ordered Halloween costumes on 03/07/2024, with an estimated delivery date of 03/14. It goes without saying that nothing arrived on the 14th. On 15/03 in the morning I contacted the company via email to customer service, where I mentioned to them that if they do not respect their obligation to deliver the parcel on time (he should have noted that due to the date delivery that we ordered from this company), and since Halloween is over, we obviously won't need the Halloween costumes anymore, so I won't accept them and hope to get a refund right away. The day I sent the email was a normal business day, but I guess no one would be working there because they wanted to respond. Additionally, no one has a way to contact the courier company they work with (Chronopost). Only if you know French can you search for your package or file a complaint, but that too remains unanswered. They can only thank me for my patience! Today, 3/16, all hope is lost to receive our costumes in time and celebrate the newborn's first Halloween as a family! I have no words to thank you for your professionalism... If I could give 0 stars I would! I hope they at least admit responsibility and refund our money!

Update: The package was never received and our holiday was ruined. However, the company refunded us the amount of the charge, to their credit, but not the postal fees, even though the delay of the postal company Chronopost (which until today has not responded to any mail) is responsible for all this inconvenience. Therefore, I changed my rating from 0 stars to 3.

Sizes totally wrong

For our 8 year old (a skinny little thing) we chose a costume for 10-12 years as we wanted it to last for a few years (the biggest there was). What we got is MUCH TOO SMALL for her and marked as second last size. The sleeves are to her elbows - we can't give it back as she put it on immediately and it was supposed to be from Father Christmas. What a disaster!

Scum

Scum! Do not buy anything, they steal your money and don't respond. Ordered a onesie for my daughter's birthday (n° 14476166) they put the completely wrong address on the order so it would be sent back to them and they won't respond to any of my emails. Clearly a scam and run by complete scumbags!

Really bad customer service

Really bad customer service. Not really helpful and aren’t proactive. I ordered something, which was supposed to arrive within 4 working days, it’s been almost three weeks now and still haven’t received anything. I have written multiple emails to them and called asking for my money back and neither did I get an answer or a refund. Never going to order from them again and I advise you not to either.

SCAM SCAM SCAM

Sent a faulty PostNL link to me, worst customer service ever, keep avoiding my questions or answering something I didn't even ask, won't refund me unless I refuse the package at the door but PostNL did not even receive a package from them so there's noting for me to refuse, pure scammers, avoid at all costs. I never write reviews so this review is a testament to how bad this website is.
