Very disappointed

Very disappointed.
I order a veganmilker bucket, but received without notice a CBE bucket instead as they were out of stock.
This bucket broke in the dishwasher after a couple of use (1 month of use...)
It supposed to be 2 years warranty !

Wrote to the customer service that told me I can order a new one which is more tick. The one I order but never received actually.... which I did, but they just offered me the bucket, not the shipping wich cost 25 more euros.

I don't recommend this company as the SAV is not correct.

Very good product

Very good product. Promptly delivered.
The jar was damaged during the transport, the customer service was very responsive and helpful and replaced it.
Use is very easy and Quick and the result (vegetarían milk) is delicious.
