Als M.Sc. in Chemie und zertifizierte Sporternährungsberaterin helfe ich Sportler*innen, ihre Leistung durch eine ausgewogene, pflanzliche Ernährung zu optimieren. Neben der individuellen Ernährungsberatung biete ich auch online Workshops und ab 2025 auch einen flexiblen Onlinekurs an. Immer mit dem Ziel, vegane, sportbewusste Ernährung für alle zugänglich zu machen. Als Dozentin zu Ernährungsthemen halte ich außerdem regelmäßig Vorträge oder Präsenzworkshops.
