Dry cheese that didn't melt
The cheese wasn't grated like mozzarella , it was powdered like parmesan. This wouldn't have been a problem except it was for pizzas...The pepperoni was much bigger than expected, but ok.
This was for my daughter's birthday, so it was disappointing. We've had vegan pizza in the past that was delicious with melted cheese, this was very dry and didn't melt...oh well.
