Add me to the list of scammed! I don't even remember ordering the first bottle. I don't believe I did since I know my 70 year-old self would not have wanted to deal with the directions of its use. Today the second bottle arrived. I'm retired and on a fixed income. Please make this problem go away. Thank you!

Do Not consider this product they have gone into my bank account and fraudulently taken money from me that did not agree to I had no subscription in place at all
I asked for the order they illegally took from my account to be cancelled for a month I emailed back and forth
Their excuse was to please contact my bank and change my bank account details as they cannot guarantee that they won’t take further money from me
They refused to cancel the order even when it had not even left the warehouse then said when the product can be refunded once I have received it but when I received it they said I need to now cover the postage

Like the others, got into a subscription i never asked for. Didn‘t mind first, since i found out that this oil does not do anything but make the hair a little softer and wanted to use the 100% money back guarantee, but only getting excuses now that it would not be possible to get the refund and that kind of shit.

No hard feelings, just please never even consider buying that stuff

I am beyond frustrated and utterly disgusted by the deceitful actions of you /your representative who not only stole money directly from my account but then had the audacity to say that she has refuded me which was a complete lie, as when I asked for proof she was unable to provide it. It's 6 weeks now that I am waiting for refund. This wasn't a mistake; it was a blatant theft followed by an insulting attempt to legitimize their scam with a worthless product I never ordered or wanted. The audacity of them to then refuse a refund, effectively telling me to accept both the theft and the trash product, is infuriating and unacceptable. Nobody is accountable and nobody is there to address the complaints, it's a shame to the business but customers are left on their own.

Never signed up to any subscription, i was very careful as i have been got by another of these companies before. However they have taken a second payment for a product I didn’t authorise them to order. DONT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS WEBSITE. You cannot cancel. It’s a complete scam.

I have ordered and received my order, BUT they do not stop sending and charging.
I have already gotten 5 emails confirming my cancellation, but it keeps coming and they keep charging!
