John received his order on Thursday 28th May and first attempted to contact us on Monday 1st June regarding an illumination issue.
The contact method used was our voicemail service on a day that we were closed. Our voicemail greeting clearly states both our opening hours and that voicemail is not a monitored support channel due to the volume of messages received, particularly after weekends.
John then called again later the same day, which was still outside our opening hours, and left a voicemail stating that he had heard we do not respond to messages and that he intended to proceed directly to Small Claims Court.
This review was then left on Tuesday, our first working day of the week.
To put this into context, we were given no working days to investigate, diagnose, or resolve the issue before legal action was threatened and a public review was posted.
We had not received an email, support request, or any communication through our advertised after-sales channels. The only contact was via voicemail on a day when we were closed.
After seeing the review, we replied publicly and attempted to make contact. We also attempted to return the call and sent a text message, neither of which received a response.
We are always happy to investigate faults and resolve genuine issues. However, we do ask customers to allow a reasonable opportunity for us to do so before concluding that we are unwilling to help.
For anyone reading reviews, we would simply encourage you to consider the full timeline of events before drawing your own conclusions.

Unbeatable product, price & service
The goods arrived quickly. Well packed too which is important because the goods are impact sensitive and slight damage although it does not prevent them being used it does affect performance.
VectorAir had these goods on offer at the lowest market price at the time.

Ordered the Uragan 3 .25 FAC at the Shooting Show in February as Vector Air were doing a great deal on price,and was told 4-8 weeks for delivery; it arrived in 5 so spot on. Communication was excellent, and can't fault the service at all. I would definitely use Vector Air again, and can't recommend them highly enough

Great Customer Service
I purchased 2 guns from Vector Air yesterday, one for use with my grandkids and one for my personal use.
The gun bought for my grandkids was good to go straight out of the box.
Unfortunately my gun had a couple of sight issues. I contacted Vector Air as soon as I became aware and advised them of the problem.
I was asked to return to the shop ASAP, which I did this morning and the issue was resolved without any quibble, I was also given useful advice for going forward.
Great customer service from knowledgeable and friendly people. Highly recommended. Thank you Vector Air

Great airgun shop.
VA are teally easy to buy from - bought online and picked up from shop. The shop is well laid out and easy to get to. Staff are knowledgeable but not pushy. I like teh experience and their prices are competitive!

Ordered air rifle tool. Wrong postcode entered although I used auto fill. Sorted straight away. Tool delivered which worked nicely and saved me a trip to nearest gun shop which is miles away.
