I had quite some 3d models in there. But now exporting them is behind a paywall out of nowhere without warning, and therefore I can't export them when before I could.
It can run on quite lower end devices, but is always at least a bit laggy even in better ones. It can be glitchy in certain scenarios, for example one time I duplicated some shapes and a text, and the duplicated and original text became the default text "example" for no reason.

When I started using Vectary, I could export my files for free. Now, this is behind a paywall. That's your right, but the whole reason I used Vectary, was because it was free. Not because I found it particularly good.

No worries, I'll switch to Blender (better & free). But my old project files, which I made when I could just download them, are now taken hostage by Vectary. I can't get them, unless I pay to export.

Next time you decide to do stuff like this, maybe allow me to first download my stuff? You know, under the original agreement when I registered? Then I could have just left Vectary with my files and without a bad review.

I took advantage of the trial and determined that the platform wasn't quite what I was looking for. However, that's not because it isn't good, I just needed different features. My interactions with their customer support during that time were very good, so I imagine that if you do use Vectary, you will have good support along the way.

I like the program, and when I had to put my project on hold, these guys gave me a refund for my monthly charge even though they really didn't have to. When I pick my project up again, I will definitely resubscribe.

Unfortunately, my review was removed without any explanation, which I find to be a biased and unprofessional decision. I took the time to write it as a thank you for the support I received from the Vectary staff. So, here it is again.

The Vectary staff on Discord helped me resolve some issues and clarify doubts regarding a project I was working on in the Vectary app. The project involved packaging that needed to rotate between front, back, top, and bottom views via menu buttons. Additionally, it included a fifth panel that displayed more information. The problem I encountered was that the transformations weren’t being executed properly or in the correct degree rotation I had set. Through Discord, I shared information, screen recording videos, and my file. Roman from the Vectary team provided constant support until the transformation issue was fully resolved, and he also helped clarify other project-related questions. I’m incredibly satisfied and grateful for his assistance, and this experience left me feeling confident to continue using Vectary for other personal projects I have in mind.

DO NOT BUY THIS - we run a pro visualisation company. Bought it, when working on it it doesnt save files / doesnt tell you it hasnt saved, work lost. Attempted many times, same loss of time. Contacted the developer who pulled the EU card and said i could only get 50% refund. Then has now ghosted me. Use webglstudiodotorg it's not limited and FREE

Stupid website. It's so confusing and complicated..
Edit:I finally learned how to use it.. but the annoying "get vectary pro for free" keeps bugging me... I would rather die

Predatory billing practices. You think you're signing up for a 1 month free trial, but really it's a full year subscription. When I requested a refund and asked to be moved to month-to-month billing, they refused to refund me and shoved their billing policy in my face and basically told me to kick rocks.

Thieves, I paid for the premium plan but is showing they watermark, even when I have a premium plan.

Now they answer this is for special clients.

Don't pay, the thing you can use for free is the same thing you will use in the "premium plan"

Product did not work properly was not able to download even though payments were made.
Awful service and do not recommend this service.
