Very very bad wish I could have given it even less stars, the dress arrived late made with very cheap materials and the customer service is just a slap in the face. Does not recommend you are better off buying a 10$ dress from wish than spending 200$ for the same quality

No I still haven't recieved the money back, to wich bankaccount did you sent it to? Once I get my money back I will delete the reviews but I hope in the future the compony Veaul will do beter by repsponding back and sent money back..

This dress came exactly as pictured! The color, the cut, the fit...
My advice, Be sure to match your measurements to the measurement guides for each dress to ensure that you get the right size. Im a true 16W but I in matching my measurements, I was an 18W and the fit was spot on, please select the size according their size chart, their website showned very clearly.

Pictures do not do this dress justice. It is breathtaking! I love all the small details that don't really show in pictures. I chose white with black trim and I cant wait to wear it. I will be having it bustled soon and will post more pictures once that is done, but here cannot upload pictures. I, like a lot of people, received my dress two weeks earlier than expected. Well worth the chance I took ordering this dress. I had never even tried on a wedding dress but fell in love with this one so I decided to take a risk...well worth it if you ask me!!! I would highly recommend ordering from this company. I haven't had a chance to steam it so it is slightly wrinkled from shipping.so good of urs services

Amazingly beautiful dress. Ordered as custom to fit and dress was still too big in most places. Needed larger sleeves for this plus sized order. Overall, I am very happy with this dress. Everyone was wowed by it. It was made well and wasnt too heavy. For our dance it moved very nicely. Love it!HAVE A GREAT TIME

The dress was everything we hoped it would be! It was a little tight in some spots (waist) and we were not able to properly alter due to delayed delivery but overall the dress was BEAUTIFUL!! When I had questions, they answered and communicated with me as requested until my answers were resolved.

I ordered wedding shoes for my mom in the month of May and she’s asked me today when will they be here I went through my email and it said I left the shoes in my cart at checkout but I remembered paying for them. So I went and made another order and after it said it received my order but I got no confirmation email or anything. Then I went into my account and looked up my ordered then two ordered popped up the one I just made which still said on hold and another the same shoe for standard shipping under today’s date. The status was pending. I just wanna be able to cancel the on hold order since I’m guessing something went wrong and keep the pending order and be able to track it. I really need those shoes later this month and I paid twice! Please help.

I ordered a wedding dress from them and can't understand why my order is "on hold". I have attempted to contact them 3 times now with no response. They supposedly have live chat as an option but it's actually just the exact same thing as their email contact which they don't respond to. I'm extremely disappointed as I definitely had my heart set on this dress.

I placed an order back on January 28th. I paid an extra $50.00 for expedited shipping. Here it is February 20th and still no dress. I requested the refund of the extra $50.00 since it should not be considered expedited if it takes almost a month to ship an item. They refused!!! They claimed it is due to the Chinese Holiday.. There was no info about the Chinese holiday when I ordered the dress. They as a courtesy should refund the $50.00. I am not asking for a full refund unless I do not receive the dress by Friday. Than it will be pointless since at that time my daughters sweet 16 will be ruined for no dress and a bad company who does NOT care about its clients.

Do not purchase anything from this company. The dresses are not even slightly close to what is pictured. Very poor quality and craftsmanship. The $200 dress that we purchased looks like a 4 year old made it They are refusing to refund our money!
