My restaurant HanoiPho have an issue…

My restaurant HanoiPho have an issue with printers and till setting. We spent 1 hour to fix it but we couldn’t but really appreciate Duc Anh, he help me to fix it through teamviewer. He just need 5 mins to fix it even he was on the train.
Once again, lovely customer services from Duc Anh

Poor service

Poor service. They automatically review the contract without my intention then refuse to release the deposit when I dont want to renew.
Not a friendly user interface.
Go somewhere for a much cheaper price is my advice

This company provides excellent IT…

This company provides excellent IT solutions to facilitate business. However, customer service is hiss and miss, unbelievably awful most of the time. They only do what’s convenient for them and pin it down to company policy, which, by the way, is a complete joke. If things go wrong or you have a complaint, don’t worry. They’re too busy to talk to you. If they do, rest assured that you are in the wrong and they make sure you take all the blame. Avoid at all cost!!!

This is purely for IT support services

This is purely for IT support services. If you can speak Vietnamese you are most definitely getting full IT support. If you are looking for instant IT support in English language, the service is slow, ill mannered with no time scale of when your request will be completed or if your request is even understood properly. If you are looking for IT support in Thai language, best you get is a long manual in broken Thai. My clients are all using VDIT Epos system cause its easy to use and support multi languages. Despite their website with 3 languages, you would be lucky to get quality IT support in Thai or English. Having been associated with this company coming up to 2.5 years, best I could suggest is that this IT person really needs to go.
