I was deceived.

We started this plan when we bought our puppy because it made sense with all the visits we were going in for. After my puppy's last vaccine I tried canceling the plan and they told me we had to keep the plan until the year was up, so we stayed on. When the year was up, VCA Careclub took it upon themselves to Auto renew my plan, thus forcing us into paying for another year. The relationship between CareClub and the hospitals is a money making machine trying to squeeze every possible dollar from hardworking families.
