Customer service 5* Product 1*
Customer service was amazing, the lady on the phone was so warm and welcoming.
However the product i use and was provided are the only reason this is a 1 star review, the product was a hernia belt, it did not work in the slightest and with a parastomal hernia it is important for me to have that comforting yet safe fit. The belt kept slipping down even at its tightest, and it was incredibly small in width so It didn't actually support my hernia in that respect either.

Excellent product and service
Very pleased with my order, perfect pants to me for someone with a stoma. Excellent service, made a request to delay my delivery because I wasn’t returning to the country for a few days and they responded to say no problem and delivered it just after coming back home.

My Go To for Underwear & Supportwear
I’ve been using Vanilla Blush since I met founder, Nic, at an ostomy supplies event not longer after I’d had my ileostomy formed back in 2012. They are my go to for underwear and support-wear, I’ve always found them to be attentive, customer focused and it feels like they make the whole online experience feel more personal. Plus the quality is top notch.

Order number 129159 was placed during Black Friday, 50% off was not available during Black Friday on multiple packs. I can only apologise but I never saw the email looking for a replacement vest being sent with this order. I’ve looked through the emails I have access to and yes, you are completely correct, you did send an email and it doesn’t look like I replied to it. I can only put this down to human error during a very busy time for us. In terms of the vest with holes, I have no access to that email right now but will make this a priority on return to work on Monday. I am sure we will be able to assist you, restoring your long term faith in our brand. Team VB
Essential products for ostomates.
I first bought Vanilla Blush products from my hospital bed after stoma surgery. Ive never looked back, their underwear and support garments are awesome of ostomates looking for some some extra support for their stoma and bag. Their shorts and leggings give my bag support while I exercise without being restrictive.
