Starting using Verve's new Naked Beauty as I'm a fan of their Transparent Greens. I liked the idea of trying a new beauty powder and because it's a high dose marine collagen which will support skin, hair and nail health. I've found taking it in the morning before breakfast , while I get ready for the day, the best way to make sure I fit it into my daily routine.

I have been using Transparent Greens V80 for around 6 months now and also recently added the Eclipse Duo sleep supplement. I was initially drawn in by the transparency of Verve and I love that the each supplement is dosed at 100% of daily recommended. The taste of V80 is natural which again, I feel feeds into the quality of product (no fillers or nasties!). Have found my energy levels are most consistent and have reduced caffeine consumption which is positive!

Im a huge fan of their V80 active greens powder. It acts as a super charged multi vitamin and mineral powder for me. I just pop it in my smoothie everyday because it covers all my nutritional needs. I always notice my energy and mental focus increase every time I take it. Plus the taste is very light, a little bit sweet but delicate.

I've recently started using their new Eclipse Duo to help me sleep and man does it work! Literally every time I take it I fall into a deep sleep and wake up feeling like I've had a lot of deep sleep and always raring to go. I love it. Definitely recommend :-)

The taste of the supplement Naked Beauty is simply awful 🤢 it smells really good, but the taste does not match the smell.

I have tried to mix with different types of drinks, but with absolutely no luck 😬 I simply can’t drink this.

I'm actually blown away by the morning greens Verve V80.

So, I used to take a evity multivitamin for men, everyday. After I ran out I started looking at what else was on the market, and Andrew Huberman recommends AG1 on his podcasts. I found Verve V80 as a uk alternative and was rated even better so i thought I'd give it a try. I thought the price was quite steep, however after two months now, I genuinely think it's incredible value for money ! I drink it first thing before breakfast in the morning as recommended.

It mixes really easily, the taste is pleasant, it isn't grainy in a nasty way like creatine, it is a tad earthy and sweet. I actually enjoy drinking it now.

So what effects have I noticed from taking it ?

Well I had thought it'd improve my focus. However I havnt noticed a difference in that regard, maybe because I wasn't deficient in vitamins to begin with.

The main difference i have found is with gut health. I truly believe it has really improved my guts micro biome. I feel alot less bloated, my bowel movements are alot more consistant, definitely fart way less too ahha. Seriously tho, real noticeable improvements. This is the only thing I have changed about my diet, so I know this is what has sparked the change.

My skin, nails and hair all look and feel alot healthier.

I definitely think my immune system is much improved also. I have been around numerous ill family members/friends and not gotten ill. This is surprising as I am normally someone who always catches colds. Again the only difference i can think of is Verve.

I have even recieved a hand written letter to my home from the founder of Verve Oliver Cookson which has blown my mind!!

So thank you very much all the people working hard to make a great product and I would highly recommend it to anyone thinking about it. It has definitely improved my life in ways I hadn't predicted ! Highly recommend it.

This tastes SO much better than AG1. Unlike AG, I actually feel way more alert and energized. The glass bottle is also better than AGs plastic one

I have a painful autoimmune disease that affects my ligaments & joints.
After a lot of research I settled on Verve as I felt it had a lot of anti inflammatory ingredients that would be easier to take than several supplements.
I started to take Verve every morning as part of an established A/I diet.
After 3 weeks I do feel it has helped dampen down inflammation & support my immune system, I have less pain and stiffness and have been able to start gentle exercise again which I haven’t been able to do for months. I am also sleeping better which helps.
This is obviously not a cure but a helpful add on and one that I am not willing to give up. The taste is fine, a bit fruity and it’s worth the £60 a month to feel better.
If anyone is on Rheumatology drugs just check the ingredients are compatible with your treatment.

I've been using Verve for a few months on the subscription service. It's part of my daily routine and something I cant see myself going without as I feel better for it and haven't suffered with the usual coughs and colds other people have.
