I don’t like that you force people to buy if they win something, the prices of the shipping and your commission are high, i win something with 4 euros, the original price is 23 euros, adding your commission and the shipping cost, the price of the product jumps up to 20 euros, soo why i should buy it from you, there is no advantage to use ur application.

Hello, As stated in the terms and conditions that you accepted when using our platform. When you win a bid you are expected to pay for it. All of the associated costs are stated on the auction page before bidding so you can take these into consideration. You also have a 14 day recall right that you can make use of to cancel an auction.
