I’ve had nothing but problems with this “institution!” Understaffed, errors, online transactions constantly flagged, holds, etc! When you tell them how inefficient they are they close your account.
Garbage bank, garbage service, zero stars. Bank anywhere else. The ATM has a tarp and is understaffed! I do not recommend this bank for anything!
Vast Crypto bank reviews
This bank is useless and incompetent.We deposited a check from a very reputable bank into the account and they say it was "illegal according to banking laws" since it is not a recognized bank.
I have deposited regularly from that customer to other normal bank accounts but the people working at Vast Bank are dumb and incompetent and cannot read. The check was from Bank Of America and it is coded in the routing numner.
These morons rejected the deopsit and closed the account for "fraud" . I would have closed it myself for their stupidity
