Wrong ring - poor communication
My husband had a great experience with Vashi choosing my engagement ring which I loved so we went back to get our wedding rings. We ordered and fully paid for our wedding rings in early April and reassured we would have them for our wedding in mid-May. A couple of weeks before the wedding, we were told there would be delays and were given placeholders - mine was exactly the ring I chose, my husband’s was white gold instead of platinum. Several weeks later and us chasing we were told that they switched supplier and had several delays. At the time it was impossible to tell us whether we would wait weeks or months. I complained to customer services and we were offered a 10% discount and a bottle of champagne. Four months in our rings arrived but mine, a pave ring with diamonds, was very different to the one I chose - the diamonds were smaller and more hidden due to more metal. We were told that the new supplier had different designs. My husband’s ring was fine. I kept the placeholder and customer services reassured me that the workshop would reproduce my ring. I sent pictures of the placeholder with measurements and we agreed that I would sent the placeholder to the workshop before dispatching the new ring to ensure that they got it right and adjust if necessary. Two months later I received a text that my ring was ready for collection - the communication regarding sending the placeholder was completely missed. The second ring although better than the first, was again not as nice as the placeholder - the diamonds were smaller. We were now 6 months in and had lost all confidence - I returned the placeholder and we have an appointment with a different company to buy my ring.
Looking back communication was very disappointing at all levels - we had to constantly chase and spent a lot of time talking to people that could not do their job and did not take responsibility for a 6 month cock up. I have now read reviews with similar experiences so clearly we were not a one off incident.

I have been to the Royal Exchange shop many times (three times to pick up orders and many times just to look and browse), and Anna has always been very welcoming and helpful. I love talking about jewelleries with her and she has very friendly and professional insights. Always a good time in Vashi and the pieces I have from here are all special :)

Eternity ring, outstanding service from the City branch
I ordered an eternity ring for my wife, the personal service from Kristina and Anna in the GRE Vashi branch was outstanding. Although the delivery was delayed (as most items are from anywhere now unfortunately) I was kept up to date regularly and made to feel so welcome, every visit to the store to check progress was a pleasure. 5 star customer service, well done Vashi and the City branch especially!

Engagement Ring
I Recently purchased an engagement ring for my partner from the Canary Wharf Branch. I had an absolutely wonderful experience. The service offered by Vitalija and Sonya was outstanding. I unfortunately left the purchase of the engagement ring until the last minute, however Sonya kindly sourced me a beautiful placeholder, until my bespoke ring was ready. I am soo grateful for the thoughtful act. Thank you for the professionalism and the stunning engagement ring. My partner can't stop showing it off to everyone!!

Great Service

Although I experienced a delay in my order, she frequently informed me and accelerated the process as much as possible. Great collection and service
Great experience with Vashi. I went to the Royal Exchange boutique to buy a ring to my wife as an anniversary gift. There were not a ton of options but every piece was lovely with an elegant design. Anna was very helpful in advising me and went out of her way to accommodate my specific needs (I couldn’t be back before more than a month so she extended the return period in case the ring didn’t match).

I was immediately greeted upon entering the store located at Canada Place, Canary Wharf by both staff members, who consistently and patiently helped me to choose the best gift for my girlfriend. I was offered a beverage while we sat down a carefully reviewed each piece of jewelry. Both staff members were extremely professional and courteous during the entire shopping experience. Will definitely shop again!

Had the most amazing experience with my two nieces. They were able to design their own jewellery and learn about the quality of diamonds and see how the jewellery is made and cleaned.

Ruining a very expensive surprise

Funnily enough, like in previous reviews below, after I left the bad review I received the ring two days later... I'm thrilled that I got it the day before I left but it's still disappointing that it took this to get the communication from Vashi. They've promised a full refund which I appreciate and will change my review on receipt of this refund.
Refund arrived which is appreciated and the ring is gorgeous so my review is 3 stars to reflect the experience, ring and consolidation all together.
I placed an order for an engagement ring to come in plenty of time for a very "once in a lifetime" holiday. I have been calling almost daily to get an answer why they're now over a week late and each time I get blown off with nonsense "like stock issues" when it's not even a custom ring. I called on Friday and was assured that I'd get answers on Monday, another lie to stall for time. We're leaving on Friday so I'm obviously running out of time. I'd even be willing to take a trip to their stores to pick it up in person at this point.
Vashi came recommended by my partner's family who was in the jewellery business for over 90 years (now retired) in Ireland and this experience is extremely embarrassing now that the surprise they helped me plan is going to be ruined by their recommendation. I'll be interested to know what others from the industry think of this appalling treatment.
They offered me a full refund instead of the ring which was impossible to accept as I know my girlfriend loves the brand and jewellery has her eyes on an engagement ring and wedding band from Vashi. I will be highly recommending that we go somewhere else for the wedding band now, however.
I hope I can retract this review eventually but it's looking like it's impossible now with a wasted holiday and a most likely very upset girlfriend.

Overall great and very professional…
Overall great and very professional treatment. I gave my order with just under an 8-week notice for a deadline since I was flying abroad, which did put some pressure on the Vashi people to complete it in time. They prioritised my order due to the limited time I had. Updates were frequent, emails were in a very polite manner and I would always get a reply on an update within the hour. Even on Saturdays. The ring arrived in time, packaging was in great condition and the item itself was what I expected. Thank you Vashi team!

Wish I had gone to vashi sooner!
I spent months trying to find a great place to buy an engagement ring. I wish I had just gone to vashi sooner! Everything was great especially Daniel at the Covent Garden store who took very good care of us and ensured answering all our questions no matter how long it took! If you are looking for a ring - definitely visit the Covent Garden store and ask for Daniel!
Also want to highlight that the rings are also very reasonably priced compared to the competition
