Almost No Oxygen Output During Travel, Poor Customer Service
I purchased the VARON VL-2 portable oxygen concentrator specifically for travel use, but the actual performance was terribly disappointing.
During my trip, no matter how I adjusted the settings, the machine provided almost no noticeable oxygen flow. My blood oxygen levels barely improved — it felt like the device wasn’t working at all. For a product marketed as a lightweight travel companion, it completely failed to deliver on its promises. The battery life was also mediocre at best.
Even worse was the customer service. I contacted support multiple times, but received no reply for days. When they finally responded, it was in the middle of the night, making communication extremely inconvenient. There has been no real effort to resolve the issue.
I deeply regret buying this product and would not recommend it to anyone who needs a reliable portable oxygen concentrator for travel. Please think twice before purchasing.
