Great Price, Even Better Service

I ordered a Logitech MX Master 4 Wireless Mouse from Variety Infotech on 6th Feb 2026.

By mistake, I had selected the “For Mac” version. I contacted them expecting the usual hassle, but the owner Kevvil handled it incredibly well. He quickly recalled the shipment before dispatch and helped me switch to the correct version without any fuss. The whole conversation was simple and very pleasant.

I decided to buy from Variety Infotech instead of a Amazon because the price was around ₹2800 lower. Delivery was fast, just two days, which was a nice surprise. The packaging was solid, and the mouse arrived sealed and brand new.

This is actually my first Trustpilot review. I normally do not write reviews, but the experience was smooth enough that I felt it was worth mentioning.

Very happy with the purchase.
