Great customer service - address was incorrect on my order, quick call to them and it was sorted out instantly. Great liquids, great social media presence and great discounts at times! Honestly no faults with this company, I can't wait for my order to arrive.

I received a battery from VD, and it had a dent in the bottom. As this is unsafe, I contacted them, and Tony said they would just replace the battery the next day. They sent me out a new one which arrived quickly and looks to be in perfect condition. Brilliant service. I would not hesitate to recommend VP in the future.

I have been ordering from Vapour Depot for the past few years and they have always provided the best service (Tony especially). Would definitely recommend the site.

Really impressed with the coil star juice I bought especially the glucozade. At first thought it was a really cheap liquid with hardly any flavour but after running a few tanks through it I now realise it was just my ignorance and this juice is unsweetened or has very little and flavour is really really starting to grow on me. Will be buying more from this range soon! Thanks

Had slight problem with order originally but customer service were exceptional with the issue, well recommended.

Never arrived, unresponsive on social media, unable to log into portal that emailing redirects you to.

Order “ completed” a week ago, no items delivered. Can not contact. Awful service, no response to refund or update requests. Will never use again.

Currently in dialogue with vendor, still no juice though. I’ll update as things develop.

Would like to confirm my package never arrived but I did get a refund from VD eventually. Wasn’t happy at how long it took but they did give me my money back. I’ll amend to 3 stars. Losing the package wasn’t their fault, taking so long to reimburse me was.

Brilliant online shop, I ordered a £50 mystery box and was definitely given more than I expected. After receiving the survey, I stated what flavours I like and what kits I had (I stated I had the freemax twister which unfortunately stopped working and was saving up for a vaporesso luxe s kit). When recieving the box, I had a pleasant surprise as I saw they had included the Smok 80w Stick kit rather than just a tank and an extra bottle of e liquid. I had waited around a week overall, ordered Thursday and recieved it the following Thursday. To say I'm over the moon is an understatement, they really do have brilliant customer care and will definitely be shopping here again. Can't think of any faults with Vapour Depot whatsoever, would give more stars if I could!

Fantastic service. Ordered the £40 nic salt mystery box and the value was fantastic! Sent way more than I expected! They also emailed me after the order was placed, asking what I do and don't like, and what devices I already have! They tailor made the order personally for myself, and I can't praise them enough! Easy 5 stars from me!

Recently received my order only to find 3 x out of 8 bottles of juice missing. Contacted 'support' but as of yet nobody has replied to me.
They even say they try to reply within 24 hrs. well its now 50 hrs and still waiting.

Excellent customer service, always more than happy to help and I can't fault them on their customer service, absolutely spot on. This was my first time using Vapour Depot, decided to try some juices from their A* line, but they are so so harsh on the throat its unbearable and gives me headaches, and I just can't taste much flavour whatsoever, even after leaving them to steep for a couple of weeks.

I've made multiple orders from Vapour Depot now. Including several mystery boxes, the £100 mystery box and the juice subscription.
Honestly, I wouldn't want to shop anywhere else. Every RDA and RTA I have bought has been excellent. Mystery boxes are always amazing value and really are tailored to what you like. The juice subscription is brilliant, I get flavours I wouldn't have normally chose but are really good and I get a lot of juice for the money.
Currently the only thing I buy elsewhere is coils and cotton. But if vapourdepot.com increase there range of coils (notch coils please) then it would be the sole supplier of all my vape gear.
Couldn't recommend this company highly enough.
