Excellent Customer Service
I received my Vaportech Slim VV Battery Kit and the device would not power on. I replied to the email address with my shipping confirmation detailing my issues and promptly received an email during business hours that a replacement would be sent out and apologized for the issue. I had a shipping confirmation email later that day and received a working battery kit free of charge. Direct communication with zero hassle made this buying experience excellent.
