Placed my order here on the 16th february and its sat on the same place on the shop tracking app. I emailed james for a refund called him, whatsapped him he replied to the first email and completely ignored me since ive sent 5 follow up emails constantly called the shop and even his whatsapp. He is a scammer it says my package is in northern ireland since 18th feb no movement no response, nothing i cannot get a hold of the merchant he is a scammer

Item sent out fast and arrived within 48hrs.
Been looking for a glass piece for my Carta Sport, but most are in USA, luckily Vaporizerhut must ship a few over and still at a good price.
Would happily recommend 👌

Honestly Ive had the most stressful time trying to order a present for my nephew mostly because im not very good on computers , the shop keeper here was more then helpful I had an issue with an order and it was sorted quickly I think maybe it should be clearer the postage please always pay for recorded delivery !
But i cant say enough how good and patient the shop has been with me, nephew is happy with his present 💙 it's been one of the more stressful experiences of my life but 💯 down to me and royal mail not the vaporizerhut top service.

I can’t speak highly enough about VaporizerHut.
I discovered them by doing a random search on google looking for a specific vape that my son introduced me to when I went back home to visit him, but that isn’t widely available in the UK.

I believe that VaporizerHut is one of the very few vape shops in the UK that stocks this particular vape which, it turns out, is a blessing, because not only do they stock this vape, but they are also the best, most helpful and WILLING to help vape shops that I’ve ever used!

James, the owner of this company, is awesome! He’s incredibly helpful and knowledgeable about all things vape, so I felt really confident and reassured about ordering online from him/his shop.
He even took the time to call me to answer some questions I had emailed him about. Rather than emailing me back with some blanket, generic answers in order to placate and reassure me so I would place an order, he took the time to call me.

The internet is the wild west where scammers/hackers/crooks use as their playground, so I tend to be really cautious about purchasing anything online, especially vape shops because these are often fronts for illegal activities (stealing passwords/hacking into your bank account) Trust me, I’ve experienced it.
VaporizerHut is totally legit.

I honestly can’t sing their praises enough.
I totally recommend them to anyone looking for a trustworthy, honest and genuine place to buy their vape stuff!

Fantastic service from start to finish.
I ordered late on Thursday night and my parcel arrived first thing Saturday morning, really fast delivery. The 3-for-2 special offer on the Packspods was an amazing price and everything was packed perfectly.

Although the vapes I received did not perform as expected, James dealt with it straight away and could not have been more helpful. He replied personally, apologised, and offered to send out alternative products at no extra charge. That level of customer care is rare these days and really appreciated.

I will definitely keep ordering from VaporizerHut. Great prices, quick delivery, and brilliant after-sales service. Highly recommend.

I've been ordering form Vaporizerhut for years now. Always a phenomenal service. Never had an issue and very friendly staff. Couldn't be any happier. And seems to have a lot of different stock/range than most shops.

Ordered the Dynavap B from Vaporizerhut and didn't realise they were in Jersey - I am on the mainland and expected delays. The package came quickly via Royal Mail and given the price was the best I could find in the UK, service has been perfect. Will be back soon. Thank you.

I was extremely skeptical of using this site after I read some of the bad reviews but when I made my order I receieved it in 2 days, and James who supported my via email told me exactly +- a day when I'd receieve it by

In fact he assured me it would be delivered and instead of getting an AI response, like you would most companies, he even made warm and reassuring replies that really put a smile on my face

Sometimes I doubt a service if after I purchase from it I can't seem to track the parcel (the tracking will only say when it's delivered)

I know some reviews on here sound alarming but look at the date and times of purchase, one was during Christmas time where it's 100% Royal Mails fault, and I assure that James has in fact been almost instantly replying to emails and his customer service is there to reassure/help.

Will definitely order from again.

Quick delivery

Ordered an Item last week from VAPORIZERHUT.co.uk worth over £250. It was sent by Royal Mail 1ST CLASS UNTRACKED: KD152861839GB (BIG MISTAKE) for free because the order was over £100.

As you can see with the above Tracking Number, the progress can’t be tracked, so we were unable to see that the parcel hadn’t even left VaporizerHuts home town delivery office…why????

Because the PARCEL GIVEN TO ROYAL MAIL HAD ERRORS.

How did I find this out? By the Inconvenience of having to go to MY local delivery office at 8AM on CHRISTMAS EVE!!!! I HAVE A SCREENSHOT OF THEIR COMPUTER SCREEN WITH THE UPDATE.

So not only was I inconvenienced, one of my family members now doesn’t receive their gift that was ordered within plenty of time to reach its destination.

How do I know? Because I ordered another item from VaporizerHut.co.uk AT THE SAME TIME & it arrived at another address only two days after it’s shipping date.

I am beyond disappointed & furious. I am now waiting to hear back from VaporizerHut.co.uk & will update this review with how long it took him to reply and resolve this highly unprofessional situation.

I’ve called, no answer. Used the bot on the website. No answer. Emailed once yesterday & 3 times today. No answer.

UPDATE:

Parcel was never sent by Royal Mail, been at their depot since the 18th. Didn’t hear from VaporizerHut until the 26th, I received an email that confused the order that had arrived in two days with the order that hadn’t arrived at all.

Furious as I had made 4 calls, sent 6 emails and spoken to the website bot explaining all of this CLEARLY, including the screenshot from the Depot Office.

I then had to send two more emails and then CALL vaporizer hut and explain that he had misunderstood the situation in order for him to apologise and propose to rectify the situation.

All their orders can not be sent by a TRACKED SERVICE as their country does not offer this service to them. So if you place an order, be prepared to “hope for the best” in terms of delivery.

VaporizerHut will be none the wiser of where your parcel is until it doesn’t arrive for weeks. You’ll have to chase Royal Mail up and get the information yourself in order for your situation to be resolved. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. Wouldn’t recommend this service, especially not at Christmas.

Will update once I FINALLY receive my package. Beyond furious.

UPDATE: Received on the 30th. Never ordering from here again. Customer service was so bad. Ignored so many of my emails when I was asking for an update. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone.

Very polite and helpful i will purchase from them again.

Best value 5% vape on the market, many puffs, very strong nic rush, great LED display which shows battery percentage and how much e-liquid has been used. I highly recommend the boost mode. My partner made me buy one for her after she tried it, which says a lot about the quality. The plug-in feature is also very unique and quite cool in my opinion. James was very useful supporting me with this purchase as there was a small issue with my item, but he sorted it out very speedily and provided a replacement. Very friendly and helpful customer support!

Great store, owner is a really nice dude and willing to keep you up to date on orders. Good prices, secure packaging that prevents any transit damage, and great stock. As a medical cannabis user the B1 by Cannabis Hardware has left me feeling incredibly well medicated and stopped my breakthrough seizures dead in their tracks. I'll be returning for more goodies from this shop and have the utmost confidence in saying you should too.
