Vapium quit holding a charge after a few uses

Great product for what I need at the time.

I love my Vapium vaporizer it works well as long as the filter is cleaned. The charging pad is a different story it doesn't hold a charge or charge in the sun.

I purchased the vapium summit + through vape smart. The product was not functioning properly (Could not connect to app, extremely hard draw and produced no vapor). I contacted vapium and they were very helpful, sending an email with tips and videos, awesome customer support. It was concluded that the unit was faulty and would be replaced. Vape smart failed to send a replacement after I was told several times it was shipped, and took almost a week to process my refund. I had high hopes for this product and would really have loved to see how one worked defect free.

Purchased this for my boyfriend, for Christmas. It is the gift that keeps on giving!

Not impressed. Tried oil and solids, I followed directions and various other settings and just didn't get a good pull. The Bluetooth and the app are cool but would definitely prefer function over useless tech. If your looking for big draws I suggest doing more research

I've purchased 3. One for myself and two as gifts. It's easy to use and it's very easy to clean. Battery life is pretty good too. The black is discreet, but at night time be ready to block the bright blue light with your thumb. Can't beat it for the price.

Great way to be introduced to vaping. Easy to use, clean and conserve your stash. I'm buying one as a gift for my friend. Well engineered. Bravo!

Terrific product with great improvements from previous version. I couldn't live without it!

I used Vapium because they were the authorized service center for a defective product I bought at a local retailer. Their customer service was excellent and my product was replaced under warranty.

I've already recommended this company to tons of people since I purchased from them. I'm extremely satisfied with the product and have had not a single problem with it unlike others that I've bought from different companies.

Purchased Summit+ a week ago and a package arrived today. Unfortunately, no Summit+ in the package--but a bottle of joint complex supplements. Will contact customer care, but took longer to arrived than should have, but would have been fine if it actually contained the product I paid for.

Update: Vapium replied quickly, see response below. However, tracking number never did follow. I called twice, sent pictures of the mix up (as requested), and emailed a few times. Even though I never did get a tracking number and follow up was poor, the Summit did end up arriving three days after the mixed up package.

The Summit+ itself works well, seems durable and well-made. First vaporizer so takes a some getting used to.

For just the vaporizer, I'd give a 4 to 5 star rating. They did take care of the mix up quickly, it's the poor communication that earns the 3 star review.
