FREE DPD Local & DPD Pickup Next Day Delivery

We also offer free next-day delivery with DPD Local on orders placed before 9 p.m. This is available Sunday to Thursday (excluding bank holidays).

I order my monthly vape supply off…

I order my monthly vape supply off these guys religiously and have done for the past 12 months. Arrives the next day (or next working day if I order late) without question. I love the little chocolate they send and I also got a free gift this month which my partner loved so another customer made! Cheaper and more reliable than my local vape shop! Keep up the good work lovely’s

The product is good and easy to put…

The product is good and easy to put together and use. The service regarding with ordering was easy to. But the delivery was not next day delivery with royal mail and it was just left in my garden without a knock at the door to let me know it had been delivered.

We're very sorry to hear that your delivery didn't meet your expectations. Having looked into the tracking, it appears the Royal Mail delivery officer scanned the parcel before attempting delivery and determined that it was too large to fit through your letterbox. They therefore left it in what they considered to be a concealed safe place at your property. We're unsure why you weren't notified at the time; it may simply be that they didn't knock loudly enough before leaving.

Although we entrust Royal Mail with delivering thousands of parcels on our behalf, we appreciate how frustrating this must have been. We would recommend downloading the Royal Mail app and setting up your delivery preferences, where you can nominate a preferred safe place or a neighbour to receive your parcels if you're not available. This can help ensure future deliveries are handled exactly as you'd like.
