⚠️ ATTENTION

⚠️ ATTENTION – VERY IMPORTANT ⚠️

I recently ordered 2 units of Elfbar Raya D1 from Vape Stars (₹3600 total), and this has been a very poor experience.

The products I received had no labeling or product information at all, which is not expected for branded devices. Both units produced very low vapor and a bitter/burnt taste from the start, suggesting they may be defective or not genuine.

When I contacted Vape Stars, instead of providing a proper refund, they offered only a gift card, forcing me to purchase again from their website. They also mentioned that such products may not include proper information or guarantees, which raises serious concerns about product quality and transparency.

I am still waiting for a proper refund.

Buyers should be extremely cautious before purchasing from this website, as this experience raises concerns about product authenticity, quality, and customer support

Fake products

I have ordered 8 bottles of vgod. None of them have expiry dates. The flavors are also not genuine. The products look expired or fake.
