I ordered a vape from vapespot.jp that claimed to have 8000 hits in it. After paying $42 usd total, I expected to get at least two weeks use out of it. After four days the vape started to hit by itself (which also scared me) and it eventually just died by itself. This was extremely disappointing as I’m currently in Japan, and cannot get another disposable vape without ordering one. I tried to email the company to no response. After seeing the other reviews, it seems that this is how their support typically acts. I would not order from them again, and I would not recommend them to anyone else.

Took my money, no product, no response – avoid this site!

I placed an order and paid in full including shipping cost, but I never received the product. I’ve tried reaching out multiple times, but there’s been no response from their customer service. I’m extremely disappointed. This feels like a scam. I strongly advise others to stay away from this website.
They say they can ship vapes with nic to Japan given they stay within the limit however looks like they definitely don’t.

Edit: finanly Vapespot got back to me and has refunded my entire shipment including postage. I appreciate that a lot. In the meantime I ordered from a different company and the 12,000 puff limit thing seems to be real. (dumb but real). I had to reduce my order to products that have less than 12,000 puffs. Vapespot seems to not be aware of this extra restriction. So hopefully they add this. I like the products that Vapespot offers. But shipping 30$ for a single 10,000 puff disposable vape pen is pretty dumb (that is Japan's fault)

Took my money and won't respond to any contact despite their website saying "We will get back to you in 24 hours." It's been days and I have sent two different messages, one in English, and one in Japanese.

They say it's no problem to import into Japan. DHL will not send my package. I have been emailing them back and forth for days, wasting so much time. Vapespot said I could buy less than 120ml. I bought 52ml. DHL says it's too many puffs, whatever that means.

Vapespot is refusing to refund my money, refusing to help me, refusing to talk to DHL, refusing to even respond to me. 30 dollars shipping and 100 dollars for 3 vapes. All up in smoke. The only way I would consider doing business with them is if they resolve this.
