I bought a vape device and some extra pods and I was sent two boxes of pods for a completely different device that I don't even own. Sent them an e mail reporting the situation and I'm waiting for the answer and eventual a positive outcome for this. Nevertheless it's a gross mistake because my purchase has nothing to do with what I got from them.

usually have items in a few days from the UK warehouse. This one took 11 days.

Warning do not pay extra for next day delivery. Each time I have ordered from this company I have paid an extra £5.50 for next day delivery they always sent by evri and taken over 4 days to arrive. I have placed 15 orders and this has happened every time. I have since been contacted and explained that next day delivery is not available for small packages so upped my stars.

Company cancelled my order immediately after placing it. When I asked them why they would only say (in very broken English) that some third-party company deemed me a 'financial risk' and they have issued a refund. No company - not even my bank account - has raised a flag on any of my purchases over the years so this is incredibly suspicious.

How do you expect to get any business if you just immediately call new orders 'scammers' and refuse to fulfil their order?

But, surprise surprise - no refund has landed in my account. Their customer support is completely atrocious and they do not respond to any questions.

This is NOT a UK company, they are in China. It took over a month to recieve my order. Customer service is about as usefull as a chocolate tea pot. I had actually given up and written off the order but thankfully it arrived today.

Ordered over a week ago and product still listed as in processing. Do not respond to chat even though in their stated hours. Scam

ordered with this company a few times! always very quick with dispatching my orders & have a wide variety to choose from. customer service are also incredibly attentive when needed.

I ordered a vape tank says it in stock on website, waited 5 days then messaged, got replie saying it's out of stock, nothing else no apology nothing about a refund seen like a scam to me.I ordered a vape tank that said it was in stock on the website. I waited 5 days, then messaged them. I got a reply saying it was out of stock. There was no apology or mention of a refund; it seemed like a scam to me. I have spoken to joey who seems to be the only customer service representative according to the other reviews, I asked for refund but was told " new colours will be in soon" that is not good enough, as when I ordered it says in-stock I will put my order number at end and will update if I get a refund like I requested. Paid for items that turned out to be out of stock after the order was placed. I was asked to wait or choose replacements, which I did, only to be told again a week later that items were still unavailable.
After nearly two weeks of delays, I requested a full cancellation and refund. This was ignored, and instead they continued suggesting alternative shipping arrangements.
Taking payment for unavailable stock, repeated delays, and ignoring a clear refund request is unacceptable. Very poor communication and handling of a simple order. Would not use again.

Great products at super prices

Poor dispatch time and only half the order arrived, it's now a month since the order and I had to message them about the rest of the order.

Something tells me this company is really based in China.

I only wish I'd seen the reviews before I ordered, never again, stay clear.

Device broken on delivery, they won't refund or replace. Ths company is a scam.

Edit: the response is a lie. I have been in email deadlock with this company for weeks. Whilst I appreciate there is a language barrier the email thread is basically them saying they will check the issue with this supplier, then ten days later saying the same thing, and then saying the supplier wants to know if there is an issue? I felt like I was taking crazy pills, my bank also agreed and issued a charge back, something I've never had to do. Avoid and don't believe the lies.
