Please be very cautious when buying from this company.
I ordered a vape, but instead of the correct one arriving, I received a much cheaper vape that I did not order.
I emailed the company using their form on their web page and received no response, so I then tried emailing them using the email address printed on their web page, but the email came bouncing back because there is no such email address.
I am very tenacious and will not let this matter go.
It would seem his company has knowingly fraudulently extorted money from me, this is a very serious crime and therefore against the law.
I will wait 5 days (until the 02.06/2025) to see if they send me a return label and issue a credit. If by that time this situation has not been resolved, I will definitely contact the appropriate authorities with a comprehensive report so this matter can be investigated.
I will also, if necessary, take this matter before Dorset County courts to take legal redress against this company.

I would like to update my review.
Vapesdirectwholesale.co.uk made contact two days after my review was published, stating they have had internet problems and therefore could not communicate, hence the delay in contacting me.
They were very apologetic and rectified their mistake very quickly, so as far as I am concerned, the matter is now closed, and I will not be taking any further action.

delivery was 1-2 working days and it took 5 days in total . then when i opened the package it was the total wrong order , after 5 emails asking for an exchange i got a phone call promising me they would be sent out next day delivery … 6 days later the item is still not here and they now wont answear my emails or phone calls ! do not buy
