Bad company, do not trust
Says that delivery time is 1-4 working days, I have waited 4 days and on the first day I got email that package is on the way to me, and I think the delivery driver got lost because he has been driving for like 5 days now. I don’t even live far from Latvia, 2 hours from their company. Live chat also doesn’t respond, typed there 3 days ago and still no answer. Overall bad experience don’t recommend

Hello! We would like to know your order number so we can check this situation, but we don't have any open chat older than 24h except on weekends when we don't work and send out orders on Monday. If you ordered between 22. June - 27. June then there was a delay because of holidays in some European countries. Also, keep in mind that order processing can be from 1 day to 3 business days and delivery is from 2-4 business days. Also if you live 2h from our company then delivery is up to 8 business days as we have mentioned in our delivery page where you can find all information about how long order can take to be delivered. Overall if you received your order within 7 business days then we did all as it should be and is written in our terms on the website.

Delivery to The Netherlands took 6 days, including the weekend.
Prices are sharp.
If I bought the same in my local vapeshop it was the double of not a bit more, and I didn't even need to leave the comfort of my house.

Hello! Sorry for this issue, but we are not a delivery company and can't tell them to deliver faster or slower. In your case, delivery was way too long and unusual, but it was delivered.

In order to return the product that I bought by mistake and was still in delivery at the time, they did not provide me with any information regarding the return policy. And after a few days still no answer. In addition, after receiving the shipment, I found out that the arrived nicotine was already oxidized and colored brown!

Hello! As we in Europe use partner warehouses then communication with them is slow and if they have sent orders then we can't stop it. As you need to pay before the order is sent I think there is time to change your mind and not make wrong orders. Nicotine by itself can be pure white or yellowish as in total vape industry use more than 10 different nicotine types and each have its own flavor, and color.

Nice website not a scam
Good website i am from Lithuania and i got my item in like 2 days or so . Prices are good but it could be better but still better than prices of local shops . And one bad thing you cant buy mod like aegis legend without an atomizer. But its still good website and i will buy more things from there . Respect
