Placed order on the 28/12/25, received confirmation email for order, then nothing, phoned twice on 05/01/26, phone just goes to VM, sent email, no response back. First time ordering from this company, will be the last.

Why have an item available to purchase…

Why have an item available to purchase on the website if you have not got stock 🤷‍♀️ 6 out of 8 colourways of one particular vape showing as in stock.

Received a message to say out of stock so asked for another colour to be told no stock, but 6 colourways still showing.

Poor experience wouldn't recommend.

Scam

Ordered in October, received a text that colour is out of stock, replied to send any colour or refund, followed up with email weeks later to refund, still no reply to email or text. Beware
