poor quality
The taste is not strawberry punch. It is harsh, unpleasant, and very strong even at the lowest level.
I have tried several different vapes before, and all of them were significantly better in both quality and flavor.
I am very disappointed with this product as the aroma and overall quality are far below expectations.
It feels like a waste of money.
I haven't received any response to my complaint from customer service.

Vape flavors are extremely good. Delivery sometimes takes much longer than advertised but always gets delivered. Communication is excellent. Every question is answered in a timely fashion and any problems are resolved quickly and professionally.
