Delivery was very poor..
Delivery was very poor... Order did not arrive had to wait 6 days and I was not emailed a tracking number to find my order. So I had to call vape mountain several times to find my order, when it was going to e delivered, find my tracking number and to find who was my dispatcher... Very annoying

I have checked your order details and we received your order on Saturday 5 August and we dispatched it as soon as our warehouse reopened on Monday after the weekend break.
We always send order confirmation emails, which contain the delivery tracking details, but occasionally, depending on your email security settings, these can be directed to your spam folder.
We use the Royal Mail Tracked 48 delivery service so we would have expected your delivery to arrive on Wednesday 9 August, but I am very sorry that it arrived the following day.
I am sorry for the slight delay with your delivery and am grateful for your patience.

However, when you placed your second order, there was a delay because we only had a small amount of stock for the item you required.
We were waiting for new stock to arrive and in the meantime, we offered you an alternative product.
As this was not suitable for you, we sent you, we provided you with a refund.
