The product is excellent but the method in which you send it is poor. It is delivered by the US Post office and you must be home to sign for it or it is returned back to the post office. I was lucky enough to be home when they came to the house. Why you have to sign for it is beyond me. If I hadn't been home I would have given you probably a one star.

Shipping is horrible now!! Wish I knew what happened? Did they change owners? Change shipping services? Their shipping states 2-5 days and that's what it USED to be. Last shipment took 2 weeks, yes 2 whole weeks! I have made a few reviews praising their shipping, so fast from CA to NC, not anymore! I swore I wasn't ordering from them anymore, deleted their app, but when I went to order some juice I mistakenly ordered from them again! They have one thing going for them is the shipping and adult signature fee, it's reasonable! Another company was going to charge me $30 on a $45 order, so I guess that's why I ordered from Vape Juice Depot again.... oh and p.s they did refund me $8 for my 2 week shipping fiasco, but I ran out of juice
