Website security
I loved the juice and I didn’t mind the waiting for the product to arrive. What finally turned me off to this company was the fact that I had to cancel my credit card twice within the past month and a half due to fraudulent purchases. The latest was a $2500 charge to a store in a different time zone. I won’t be back until they resolve the security issues which apparently have been a problem for some time.

In June of 2021 we were first alerted that customers were the victims of fraud and the potential source was our website. Having gone through malware attacks in the past we take concerns like this very seriously and immediately started an internal audit and sweep of all systems. while we discovered a few gaps in security, we found no evidence of malicious script currently running and we quickly closed the security gaps, did a full reload of our back end and continued to monitor for potential weak points. At this time we also collaborated with a fraud audit service with the idea that while no malware was detected, that doesn't mean it didn't exist.
Towards the end of July 2021 we were again alerted of potential fraud on our site and again swept systems for a cause, this time with software provided by the Department of Homeland Security. We were able to confirm a system breach using this program and immediately quarantined and scrubbed it.
At this time we are in the middle of an exhaustive sweep of our systems looking for any potential trace of a breach. We were also under a severe DDOS attack from a malicious party likely unhappy that their script was discovered. At the end of this sweep, we'll have a 100% crystal clear view of the extent of this breach and who may have been affected, at that time we'll release a public letter detailing the issue and steps we took to halt, correct, and reverse it.
Its a sad truth that Vape Companies are constant targets for malware attacks like this, and more then most other retail spaces we're required to be extra vigilant. While we're upset that a security breach, no matter how minor or large has occurred, we're grateful to use this opportunity to make our site, employees and customers even more protected and secure.

My creditcard gets frauded every time I buy from vapecraft. 8 fraud cases in 3 years. I tested to see if it was them by only using my card with vapecraft for a year. No other vendors. It was frauded to my replacement cards every time I used vapecraft. They will tell you their security is up to par, but it is not.

Since Vapewild.com is no longer in business I had to find another place, and Vapecraft.com is pretty good. I have ordered coils, disposables and juice from them now and all products have been great. They send a sticker with the orders too, so it reminds me of the personal touch from Vapewild.com. All vape products are more expensive now, but Vape Craft seems to have a decent selection of vape products, e-juices, and devices and accessories. Vape Craft seems good so far. It's my new ride on vape products.
