Got scammed

I placed a very large international order a while ago only for USPS to stop shipping to my country. After weeks of back and forth with them outright lying to me they finally agreed to a refund. But apparently they were too incompetent to process it to my credit card so I lost >40USD on fees to have it wired to my account. And when it finally came through? They had left off the 90USD I had paid for postage. Apparently USPS hadn't refunded them. But the USPS website clearly stated they would refund all packages sent to my country. So I lost $130 to these scammers. Don't trust them with your money.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM, first of all, it asks for id verification, ok thars fine, then after payment i received an email regarding order cancellation, reason is FRAUD, contacted their support, sent them my id and mastercard picture, all they said is they use a 3rd party company to detect frauds and they cant do anything about that, so, i need to wait for days to get my refund!

Orders go unfulfilled.

It has been over a month and a half. Still, i have not received my order. I have contacted them. They assured me that they would respond within 24-48 hours. Never got a response. It is starting to seem more and more like a scam.

Vapebargains.com SUCKS

Placed order on Feb. 23, 2022. Received email stating that items were shipped on Feb. 24, 2022. It has now been 10 days and still have not received items purchased. CC has been charged. No tracking information or order status update. Need delivery information so I can arrange to sign for it as items require a (paid for) signature. Attempted contacting Vapebargains.com by email multiple times with absolutely no response. Used their Route service to find out where items were and requested refund. No tracking/location info or response. I think I've been scammed. Will be filing complaint with BBB. Steer far away from this online company. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!!

Slow, Unresponsive and Infuriating

Is VapeBargains a scam? No. Is it unreliable, slow, unresponsive and infuriating? Yes, 100%.

I last placed an order with this site in late 2020, and as my package was delivered promptly two days later it landed on my list of trustworthy sites. Since then, though, its reliability appears to have degraded enormously.

I placed my order Mon Feb 7th 2022. A week later I contacted customer service to ask about my package, but have still yet to receive a reply. It wasn't until Wed Feb 16th that I received shipping confirmation.

Once I saw some movement with my order I relaxed a little, but it didn't last long as things once again fell silent until today, Wed Feb 23rd, when my order was finally updated to tell me the package has arrived at a sorting facility. Where? Who knows? Route, the package tracking service used by VapeBargains, still doesn't have details for my package a full 16 days after I placed my order. I have to take it on faith that my package will eventually arrive, and given the lack of communication from VapeBargains faith is in short supply.

I don't know what happened to VapeBargains in the last two years. Maybe they're short staffed due to the pandemic, or maybe they changed to a worse but cheaper shipping service, but judging by the number of poor reviews this isn't just a one off.

Guys, you need to get better at communication. I'm willing to wait quite some time for a package, especially when shipping is free and especially at a time when supply chains are stressed, but when you give your customers radio silence for more than two weeks you begin to look like scammers.

I won't be using VapeBargains again. I certainly won't be recommending them.

Update: I just received this at 4:40AM, Feb 24th 2022:

"In Transit
Package left sort facility to regional carrier. Please allow 5-7 business days once package has left the sort facility to arrive at final mile carrier for next scan."

It has now been 17 days since I placed my order, and my package is still in the early stages of its journey toward me.

This is not a professional business worthy of your trust and money. This is the sort of performance I'd expect from a bad eBay seller.

Final update: my package arrived on Feb 25th, the day after I received the last message. It took me a while to update as I had to have it forwarded from my US shipping address to my home overseas, but the order was fulfilled correctly.

I'm in literally the same boat as…

I'm in literally the same boat as everyone else. I've been a long time customer and my last order is still waiting to be received.

I did manage to get a response to my emails, but the responses weren't helpful and were just more excuses about whatever horrible carrier they're using to ship.

My last email was asking for the order to be cancelled and my money to be refunded. If I can't be provided an actual estimated time of arrival for my items that is reasonable or a refund, I'll be filing a claim with my bank on Monday. I could have ordered from countless other sites and received my items already. This company is no longer legitimate.

Site is broken and also shows it is an unsecure webpage as of recent. Customers cannot add more than one item to their cart and upon emailing company about the many issues with the site no response had been returned for a period longer than admissable.
Although at one time this was a good company to order supplies from I would now recommend any reading this to seek they're business elsewhere.

Long time customer

Long time customer. I've had minor mishaps in the past with delivery. Customer service would contact you back and remedy this situation. This time, I ordered on October 30th, Order said to have shipped on November 1, couldn't track the shipment, customer service will not respond to any email I have sent. They did however take my money $$ without any issue. They had better resolve this and refund me or they have lost a long time customer.

Looks like I got scammed...

Ordered on November 21st for 126.36. I got an Email conformation that my order was confirmed. Still nothing says shipped. Can't get any response by Email or contacting them on the website. For those of you contacting BBB or lawyers I did receive a phone number related to where my money went from my bank (1-704-737-8518). When you call the number there is a voicemail with a name that is associated with that voicemail ( Elisa Katiammo ) not sure on the spelling you my want to call and hear the name for yourself and leave a message maybe it will help get your shipments I called today. Hopefully this information helps.

I can't believe this company

I can't believe this company. I've bought off them many times with no problem. My package took a few weeks to arrive and it was completely wrong. I ordered 12 monster bar disposables but i received 3 bottles of dinner lady juice instead. They wont even return my emails either. Im calling discover and telling them exactly what happen so they will no longer do business with them either. Something happened with this company, they are completely different from what they once were. This is a scam company now, bring your money elsewhere. I'll stop at nothing to make it difficult for this company to do business in USA.

I've been a long time loyal customer…

I've been a long time loyal customer who's never had a problem up till now. I placed an order with them and tracking shows that my package has been sitting in Atlanta for almost 2 weeks now. I've sent several messages through their customer service with no response. Not a good way to treat a loyal customer.
Edit: package has been sitting in Atlanta for 3 weeks now and I've still heard nothing from them

I ordered almost 2 weeks ago and got a fulfillment email 3 days after order stating it shipped, went to click on the tracking number and it says its not in the system. Several attempts to reach them and it shows that someone got my message and it was merged with another ticket and yet they ignored it. I have used this company with bo issues ever but now they cant even stand by their service. I am 180 bucks down and not happy at all. I am hoping to get a lawyer and file suit.

Very unprofessional

I placed an order with Vapebargains and it was shipped via USPS Priority Mail. I have been ordering my nic salts and pods for years without issues. I never received my shipment and Vapebargains could not provide any form of delivery proof! I wanted to see who signed for this required adult signature shipping requirements. Not only did they not stand behind their customers with the delivery company, they will not send a replacement order or refund!! Very unprofessional

partial shipments, ignores customer service. inconsistent.

Took four days to send my order, another week to show up, and out of the 10 items I ordered one actually arrived. The rest, as of this writing, have not shipped... 11 days later. Attempts to contact support have been ignored. Ads still get sent though. I was not notified that it would be a partial shipment until the single item actually arrived. The first shipping email claims all items were sent, the delivered package email states that "some" of the order arrived.
