I was a bit wary as first time ordering but nothing to worry about it, everything went through smoothly, and all items delivered. They had my favourite vapes in stock, although slightly more expensive but worth it. Super fast delivery was expecting it Monday got them on Saturday. Will definitely be ordering again.

Staff fixed a problem regarding the vapes I had ordered, by offering similar flavours of a more expensive cape at no extra cost to myself. Will definitely be using their service again.

Spoke with dan about a product that was out of stock after I ordered. Dan was superb and customer service was outstanding to help resolve the issue

Had a problem with 1 item missing but has been sorted very quickly very good service.

Although issues happen sometimes with orders the customer service is outstanding always in touch and sorting out any issues and I don’t care what issue might happen (for example flavour out of stock) because the human touch in the customer service are so lovely friendly and helpful I will always order from them I have contacted them with just general enquiries too and nothing is ever too much for them they help and offer advice honestly I just want to make a huge deal of how good they are as this is rare these days especially for a online shop I hope they never change
