I am absolutely outraged by my experience with Vaovac. I placed an order over four months ago, paid in full, and to this day have not received my product. Despite sending numerous emails and follow-ups, I have been completely ignored.
This company has shown a shocking lack of honesty and accountability. They took my money, failed to deliver what I purchased, and then refused to respond to any attempt at communication. This is not just poor service — it’s fraudulent behavior.
I am now in the process of reporting Vaovac for online fraud and will take every possible measure to ensure others are warned. No legitimate company treats its customers this way. Do not trust Vaovac under any circumstance — they are dishonest and unethical

Do not order! Is just a huge scam!
The machine will hurt and damage your skin and the muscles too! I’m black all over!
I’ve use the machine once on one of my legs! Terrible!
Asked to return and be refunded! They said not possible because the machine had contact with the skin!
They never mentioned that NO REFUNDABLE WHEN ORDER

Vaovac uses a company called GOFO for delivery services. The driver placed my packaged in an area that allowed to get my package stolen. Even with proof of showing signs posted stating Delivery services take please place packages at recipients front door. DO NOT LEAVE IN THE MAIN LOBBY OR MAIL ROOM. I reached out vaovac , they sent me a link directly to the their policy handbook, waited to 5-6 days to respond to me, and wouldn't even give me a 1 time refund LIKE MOST COMPANIES DO! Then proceeded to tell me to reach out to GOFO! WHAT A LOAD OF CRAP that was talking to both companies. They are useless and now I paid for an item I never even received because a delivery driver failed to read posted signs. Vaovac do better when it comes to your customers and don't throw the policy handbook right at them as a first time customer!! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS JOKE OF A COMPANY.

They fake their reviews on the site! You can't click on the reviews, normally you'll be send to the actual TrustPilot site. This is a SCAM!! DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY.

The product took almost 2 weeks to arrive (longer than advertised), and even on he lightest suction setting has absolutely COVERED my legs in bruises. I look like I've been in an accident!
I'm scared to actually use the product again because of the state 5 minutes use left my skin in. The product looks well made, but it surely cannot actually work, how people are repeatedly using this is beyond me!

Do not waste your money!!!!
I have used this device for the last two weeks and I can’t see any difference!!!

I have emailed them 3 times and haven’t received any response!

Bought this exact same device, under a different name, Ascily. IT DOES NOT WORK! Read the reviews on trustpilot under Ascily and see for yourself. Same machine, but have changed name/brand because of the huge negative outlash
