Company has no customer service. Order delayed by over 30 days. Order was incomplete (items missing) and no response to emails requesting refund. Please have a look at the reviews on their various Facebook pages). Would not recommend ordering anything online!
I ordered my items on 4th December and haven't received them yet. I've emailed the company twice and haven't had any response. I'm hoping their customer service and ability to deliver on time is just very poor and that my order will turn up in the coming days.
These waffles are considerably smaller than their adverts lead you to believe, the website tells you they have a 3-5 day delivery, not so, I had to wait almost 4 weeks, they don't answer emails, it took a complaint to PayPal for them to send my order to me, very poor customer service, I wouldn't recommend van wonderen at all
