I regret not doing my homework first and reading Trustpilot.
Ordered a front and rear view dashcam.
The front was sent only.
I have sent numerous emails back and forth to the company disputing this, only to receive broken English responses that do not make sense.
Please save your money...
AVOID!

AVOID THIS COMPANY AND ITS PRODUCTS. Dash cam was was difficult to use as instructions are poor. However as soon as it was switched on it interfered with the media centre in the car - essentially rendering the radio useless. Company asked me to provide video evidence of the fault which I did and then stated it would cost too much to send it back so I can only have a refund of 5% of the price but I “could keep the unit and gift it to a friend”. Clearly a scam so do not use them.

Anti-shake is excellent. I drive on some rough roads and the dash cam footage is still smooth and clear. impressive stability.

fitting the driving recorder was a breeze, took 5 mins. doesn't take up much windscreen space either. recording has been stable so far, absolutely no fuss.

The image quality on this dash cam is brilliant, honestly. Crystal clear during the day and sharp at night too. For the price, it's a proper bargain.

🚨 WARNING – STAY FAR AWAY FROM VANTRACAM

I ordered a dashcam thinking it shipped from Sydney.

Delivery Nightmare: It took over 5 weeks to arrive. I had to buy another dashcam for a planned trip.

Bank Dispute: Since it hadn’t arrived, I disputed the $299 AUD charge with my bank and received a temporary refund while they investigated.

Refused Return: When the dashcam finally showed up (still unopened), Vantracam refused a return—even though their own website advertises a 30-day refund policy. They wouldn’t even provide a return address.

Manipulative Offers: They first offered a 5% refund if I cancelled the dispute, then 50% refund. I cancelled the dispute in good faith—but no refund was ever given.

Unauthorized Charge: Instead, they took a further $300.96 AUD from my account without authorisation, and now claim they don’t have either payment—while emailing me to demand another 50% of the purchase price.

They now hold almost $600 AUD of my money for a single dashcam I don’t even need.

⚠️ This is not a legitimate business practice.
Avoid Vantracam at all costs.

As below, thought I was buying from a UK company. Delivery was almost a month and no rear camera. I emailed and was told I only ordered the front camera even though it clearly states on the invoice front and rear. Really not worth the hassle. Plenty of good companies out there, this isn't one of them. AVOID. My biggest mistake was not checking this site first!
EDIT, now receiving loads of spam phone calls!

This is my experience. I ordered a vantracam from vantracam.co.uk. They were advertising delivery within a week so I felt confident I was dealing with a UK based company. Wrong!! My order confirmation was signed off by the vantracam UK Team but they sent the item air mail direct from China. When it was delivered the product was a dashwiser dashcam. The dashwiser has a dismal 1.8 score on trustpilot. I emailed the company to say I'd been sent the wrong product. They replied that there was no mistake, the Dashwiser has the same spec. A bit of to and fro and I got nowhere. I did not open the product and went to my credit card company for a chargeback. This was successful. There is no such thing as a vantracam. The company only sell the dashwiser. If you try and return it the company warn you it will cost a lot in postage, import duty and a 15% restocking fee. So if you want a simple life my advice is to avoid this company.

Scam . No reviews and bombarded with spam email . Avoid .
