Very good quality debreife on the cars Lexus are selling, a little bit of pressure but totally acceptable, the change over of cars took two hours, then we had to go back because the windscreen washer pump gauge wasn't working, another hour or two.
Problems are there to be sorted and eventually it was, good show Lexus

A fantastic experience from start to finish. We bought our daughter’s first car remotely from Vantage Toyota Preston as we live in Surrey, so trust was very important to us.
From my very first enquiry, our salesman Alasdair Jaynes was extremely helpful and proactive. He even took the time at the weekend to send us a detailed video showing the car inside and out. Throughout the process, he kept us updated with further videos while the car was being prepared, serviced and MOT’d, which gave us great confidence buying without seeing the car in person.
He really appreciated the fact that we had trusted him from such a long distance and made every effort to make sure that trust was well placed. He also helped arrange the delivery, and the whole process was smooth and stress-free.
Buying our daughter’s first car was a special experience for us, and he made it a very enjoyable one. Excellent communication, professional service and genuinely great customer care. I would happily recommend him and Vantage Toyota Preston. Thank you!

We were dealt with by Ben Kaye and he had everything covered. He was very knowledgeable, understanding and personable. He explained everything clearly and went to some trouble to get the sat nav in the car we were buying updated to the latest available map data.

Awesome experience
I recently purchased a Toyota Approved Used vehicle from Vantage Toyota, and it was totally worth it. The showroom environment was incredibly welcoming and relaxed. Vantage Kia Scarborough were Great…
Vantage Kia Scarborough were great because we had a fantastic experience with them and cannot praise them highly enough.
From start to finish, we received great service from Beckie, who took the time to explain everything clearly and make sure we understood all our options. She was knowledgeable, friendly and extremely helpful, but most importantly, we never felt pressured or pushed into making a decision.
The whole experience was relaxed, straightforward and enjoyable, and Beckie is a real credit to Vantage Kia.

My experience at Vantage Toyota Scarborough was fantastic from start to finish. We had seen a car we liked on the website and popped into to speak to them about it. They covered everything we needed to know on that first visit. We test drove it the next day and decided it was the car for us. They went through the paperwork with us thoroughly explaining everything. When we went to pick up the car we were again reminded of all the info we needed to know. We took out a service plan with them too which seemed a no brainer. Excellent service throughout and highly recommend them.

An example of great service
Suddenly no sound on the SatNav in my Aygo. Tried to sort it myself but couldn't. Called in at Vantage Toyota Blackburn with no appointment. Explained the issue to Kelly who came out and sorted it for me immediately.
She dealt with the issue efficiently and professionally and was very kind showing me what to do should it happen again. Lesson learned. Great service!
