I don’t know what happened to my account—it was completely locked, and I couldn’t trade at all, even though I had money in it.
This happened while I was trying to recover my losses, and I had a £3,500 trading bonus that was really helping me get back to my desired position. But Vantage broker ruined everything. My account was locked for no reason at all. When I asked why this happened, they said it wasn’t just my account.
Why should something like this happen with a seemingly reputable broker?
I’m not satisfied with this broker at all, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. What they did caused me a lot of stress, which will affect my future trading.
Really tried to understand my issue and was clear with instructions
I am writing this to warn potential traders about my experience with Vantage. I participated in their referral program, but despite meeting all requirements, my bonus remains missing.
The most concerning part isn't just the missing funds, but the total lack of transparency. I have attempted to contact customer service multiple times through [mention channels, e.g., email/live chat], and I have received zero replies. A broker that ignores its clients regarding financial obligations is a major red flag.
Pros: None at this stage.
Cons: Non-existent support, failure to honor promotional terms, lack of communication.
Stay away and find a broker that actually values its reputation and its customers.
I lost $38,200 in what appeared to be a professional investment platform. Everything seemed genuine until withdrawal requests brought only repeated delays and excuses. The stress was crushing until I contacted the specialized team. They efficiently resolved my withdrawal issue and returned the full amount. Highly effective service.

I processed a withdrawal of 170Usd over a month ago. The broker then split my withdrawal into 2 - 110usd and 70usd. I received the 110usd on the 2nd of April and have endlessly followed up on the 60usd and have not received it till date.

I am experiencing the exact same issues as other users reported here. Vantage Markets has blocked my account for both trading and withdrawals without any prior notification. To make matters worse, they have deducted funds from my account without providing a valid reason or any detailed explanation.
I have reached out via email to ask specifically which trades were identified as "illegal" and why they are being classified as "gap" or "arbitrage" trading, but I have received no response. It is unacceptable for a broker to seize funds and freeze accounts while ignoring direct inquiries from their clients.
Since the support team is failing to provide a transparent explanation or a resolution, I am now forced to take further action. I will be filing a formal complaint with the relevant financial regulatory authorities (ASIC/FCA/CIMA) to investigate these practices and help recover my funds.
Avoid this broker if you value the safety of your capital and transparent communication.

Do not copytrade. It s a scam. Tried 5 traders. All 5 were so called successfull. Low drawbacks. Reality is that you loose money very fast. Most so called traders are pretty recent. That is a serious red flag.
