The whole experience was a dream with Fin at Vans HQ. Didn't leave any detail out, very professional. I would definitely recommend them if you are looking for a van as there customer service is brilliant. Im very happy with my purchase ☺️

I recently purchased a Peugeot Expert from Vans HQ, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience from start to finish. The team was incredibly professional throughout the entire process—friendly, knowledgeable, and never pushy, which made a big difference.
What really stood out to me was their transparency. Everything about the van was clearly explained, with no hidden surprises, and they were more than happy to answer all of my questions. The condition of the vans on site was excellent across the board, and it gave me real confidence that I was buying something reliable and well looked after.
A special mention as well—my dad came along with me on both visits, and he really appreciated the coffee each time. It’s those small touches that make the experience feel welcoming and genuine.

Great from start to finish! Fin in the the office was 10/10. I enquired about a va, and in 3 hours 20 mins, we had enquired, got finance and had a van delivered to my door. Definitely getting another van from this company. And again Fin's customer service was spot on. Thanks :)

Had a bit of an issue with some admin on a van I was after, but the HQ team were brilliant, great resolution thank you.

Sourced the Vehicle I required very quickly when the manufacturer let us down on a delivery date.

From the moment I found the van I liked , to my after sales experience I cannot fault Vans HQ
I don’t normally take the time to write reviews but I’ve been surprised .
I live in Ipswich and people said don’t get a van from so far away but I was given a walk round video showing every little mark .
Then I had an issue with a lock not working now I’m thinking oh no .
But I had it fixed and reimbursed next day .
Everyone I have spoken to throughout have been very helpful

Picked up my transit custom 18th October never owned a van me and my girlfriend are going to turn this old AA brake down van in to a campervan a big thanks to Louis and all the team at Van HQ highly recommended these guys can't fault them they made everything so easy for us and is in a1 condition got a tasks ahead of us to turn the in to a campervan 👍👍👍

not a good start ?

I bought a van from Vans HQ - it was a bargain 12K for a 3 year old ford custom with lots of extra`s. Any issues encountered was quickly dealt with and they are very helpful. The staff are young but very helpful and professional. I have nothing but good things to say. I would recommend using them.

I bought a van 6 months ago and since then I've had nothing but problems first lot of problems they retified had the an back back not even three weeks and now it's broken down again and been told today the injectors and wiring lume are all gone due to what the call black death
these guys don't no what there doing with there vehis

Well i found a van what i like it and I paid the holding deposite. And 2 days later someone called the and saying sorry but we sold the car. So disappointed. Why they asking holding deposite when they doesn't car.
Just a quick update now.
Received the email from the company and saying if I don't remove the review and don't get my money back. I believe that's not how works. I don't lie in the review. I write down my own experience.

I bought a VW Eos from Van HQ last week and the service was great.They don’t usually sell cars but this didn’t stop Rod from making sure that everything was right with the car and he even delivered it to Cornwall for free .Great Service Van HQ .Thankyou
