Always detailed, great communication and friendly

I appreciate the adherence to a schedule. Very friendly , knowledgeable,. respectful. Reliable. Thorough. Conveys information in an easy to understand manner. Very quick to get written report back to seller and agent.

Very detailed inspection. Upon completion they want over both the positive things about the home, and red flag items that needed addressing.

Professional, straight to the point. He just gives my clients the information without scaring them out of the home.

JJ is very professional and was able to find things that we would not have known about through his inspection process. He is great at not scaring the client, yet is able to let them know what they should ask to be fixed. JJ is great to work with!
