I bought a occasion car and I felt that I bought it like a brand new car. Jeroen was a great salesman and he took care of us, answered our every question and made every request done. He solved any problem that we faced immediately. Thank you for the gifts. We are driving our car happily.

I bought a used niro and the whole process was flawless. I reported minor issues after the test drive and they were fixed in time for delivery. Along with the maintenance package, they replaced all four tires, which turned out to be in poor condition!

I had extreme difficulties with Vanmossel Finance while purchasing my new car. I had to do all my steps and keep tracking finance service and fix the mistakes they have done.
My dealer did their best to help me to solve the problems Vanmossel finance did but still, I don’t know what went wrong and all processes gave me much headaches. Due to market conditions, I needed to deal with all issues…
After all 8 months waiting ( If i wait my original order would be waiting at least 1 year) and struggling… Kia offers you good and various options with good prices.

Good follow ups until delivery. There are some points at the time of delivery which could have been better handled, like for example emailing receipts for payments or handing over added accessories at delivery time.

Although it was my first vehicle purchase in The Netherlands, I did not face any big issues. I am yet to visit them for service, but in my opinion they are a decent place to buy a Kia

Update: After nearly a month I am being reached out by finance asking about unpaid bills. After clarifying the breakup of my bank transfer, I am notified that they actually never received some inputs from another team.

While I am still to get actual receipts for the payments I also see that my sales lead is trying to follow up my case. As discussed with him I am not relishing these unnecessary reminders!

We bought a Kia Picanto in Zwolle. During the sale, it was promised that two dents in the door would be fixed before delivery and some paint in the color of the car would be delivered, but we had to wait 3 weeks for this.

We waited the stipulated time and when the car was delivered, neither the dents were fixed nor the paint in the color of the car was delivered.

I contacted the salesperson to arrange a date to have the repairs done. So far no appointment has been made.

We were a little disappointed because we could have picked the car up 3 weeks earlier and this caused us some inconvenience.

Other than that, the service was good.

The car was delivered in very neat condition, tidy & clean, which came along with an extra gift. From the first steps, I felt the confidence to purchase a second-hand car from van Mossel & they didn't disappoint.

It was okay conform expectations. Yearly check. Van Mossel is reliable, what else do you need?
