bozos don't ship your stuff.

Order never arrived after 5 months, 4 mails to customer service, without a response.
Do not order on this site!

It has been more than a month since I ordered, and the parcel has still not your warehouse or whatever place it is supposed to leave.

My order is number: #1489

I already happened last time I ordered, I'm tired of you being unable to just send a parcel, I already know I will never receive it so I hope to be reimbursed as soon as possible.

Horrible!! Scam!! I didn't receive any package nor reply from the store since purchasing 4 months ago!!

I’ve purchased 3 items from them.
2 months after the purchase no clue of where was my parcel. no shipping link, nothing. I had to send them several emails and dms on instagram for the link. they finally send me one, took another 2 months for the parcel to finally arrive. 2 items were correct, the third one, the most expensive was nothing like the item I’ve purchased (i’ve bought a pair of jeans and got a hideous pair of trainers). I’ve tried to get a refund, no answer…. they stole from me, its a scam, never buy from them. They even blocked me on instagram aha

This parcel never got delivered to my house. I have not been able to receive a refund, neither have i been offered a replacement of goods.

The tracking on the shipping was not getting updated, only apparently it has for the seller.

I do not reccomend buying from them as the customer service poor and unable to resolve issues caused by them.

Yes, the address, which i submitted and double checked throught the email was correct. the fault was either on the side of the producer Vanju Korea or of the Chinese shipping postal service that they chose to use, as they use shopify for their business.

Still haven't received my shipment for so long

Didn't ship the bag until after 3 weeks after purchase, had to ask them to send it. Once it finally arrived it's stuffed in a plastic bag, handles dented the front of the bag and even the stitching it looks nothing like the pictures, with a smell of plastic. Overall bad quality, for the pricing, seems like a fake.

I haven’t received any updates on the tracking of my package. It’s been over two months since i bought it.

They sent me a wrong item with very bad quality I've tried to reach them on Instagram and ask for a solution because I don't want this item for 89€
They said that they will send me the correct item or I will be refunded. 2weeks later still have no update and they don't answer to my messages anymore.
That's not fair and no professional.
However, I had already purchased other few items from you. It's really a pity.
