Excellent service!

My wheel came with a 10 speed hub instead 11 speed. Manufacturer's fault. I texted them that and within 48 hours I had it replaced! That's how I imagine customer service to be.

Inaccurate and misleading stock levels

Inaccurate and misleading stock levels.
No delivery times when ordering.
A distinctive lack of communication.

When my order of a pair of Rotors (brake discs) didn't arrive I used their online chat to ask why the website stated that my order was still being processed, only to be told that the Rotors were actually out of stock and therefore they will cancel my order.

Top class service!

Really excellent service to be had with Vanillabikes and would definitely recommend them to anybody. Great prices, prompt delivery and helped me out recently with an issue that arose very efficiently.

Just order from Wiggle instead.

Seemed like a decent shop with a good range and helpful and friendly staff on the phone. Unfortunately the level of service compared to competitors just isn't there. Last Thursday I ordered a replacement cassette for my mountain bike thinking I might get it for the weekend but if not I'll definitely have if before I head off to the lake district a week later. I should have twigged something was up as the check out page was completely silent on delivery times. I was disappointed to receive an email on Monday letting me know my ordered had only just been dispatched. Two days later and I've still not received anything. If it's going to take a week to deliver something then you really need to let people know at check out!!! I am now forced to do what I should have done all along and just order one for next day deliver from Wiggle. I just hope it arrives in time before I leave for the Lakes or it's going to be a ruined 4 days biking with knackered bike. Feeling let down and frustrated.

Placed an order and over 2 weeks later…

Placed an order and over 2 weeks later it's still not arrived. Apparently they are waiting for a delivery. Why put items up for sale which you don't even have. Worse still, is that I wasn't informed there would be any delay when I ordered and only got updates if I emailed them. Not good enough and I wonder how long it will take to process my refund.

Ordered Ultegra Di2

Ordered Ultegra Di2 at a very reasonable price all great until I noticed that there was a code for £25 off all orders over £500, went on live chat to discuss and was told that they would not add the discount. I can not believe that Vanillabikes would lose an order for over £800 for the sake of £25.
Now ordered from chain reaction at a cheaper price😀

Great prices and great costumer service

I ordered a Shimano groupset to Croatia from Vanilla bikes. It's a small family shop, a lot of products are for pre-order, that means that you will have to wait for them bit longer, but that is why the prices are great. I have had some questions about the product and shipping and I got my answers from the shop very fast.
Once shipped, the product arrived as described, safely packed, traveled a week.

good prices but......

some items listed "on stock" are not available, you can order them, they will take your payment and then....silence...after 7 days i asked them what is wrong (they didnt let me know in any form) recieved the answer that my order will be sent in 72 hours, after 5 days (more than 72 hours) they say: "next week" (or i can ask for a refund - again i had to ask, no info from their side about the delay) i decided to wait...will see
the items are not listed as pre-order if that would be the case i would have no problem with that
