Vanguard Studios have done some design work for us recently. Not only were they professional but also maintained all of their promises kept in regards to Time frames and also the quality of the work. I'm a picky person when it comes to graphics but the work these guys done for Broadband9 LTD ticked all the right boxes.
Really happy and I will carry on reccommending and using them.
