I bought a bracelet for my boyfriend. After only three months of use, one day all of a sudden the bracelet fell off his hand while he was walking, the connection was broken. I sent a form through their online portal reporting the problem and they literally never came back to me. Stay away honestly! The bracelet’s cost was 200 euros so you want the company to care a bit on the customer experience.
Very good communication when i bought a watch from them, and got it shipped to Norway. A trusted seller in my opinion:)
